High intensity interval training workout Jen is a certified Les Mills Body Attack instructor and is excited to share her High intensity interval training workout based on sports inspired moves with you. This session can burn 300 kCal and will make everyone feel energized and happy for the rest of the day. This will be a combined cardio and strengthening session and will be 30 minutes long via Zoom.  It’s free and will guarantee a smile and amazing endorphins kick.
