Frequently asked questions

Can we mix membership types?

Yes, you can have any variety of memberships you need, subject to availability.

Is it possible for us to take on more desks if our company grows?

Yes, subject to availability we would be happy to accommodate additional required desks as needed. We will operate a waiting list if we are at full capacity at any time.

What does it mean by three allocated users?

If you purchase an allocated desk membership you can have up to three users on one membership. This means that any of the three users can use the fixed desks however no two users are allowed to use the space at the same time.

Is there guaranteed availability in the hot desk and network areas?

We do not guarantee availability of any space other than our fixed desks. Hot desks are available to reserve on a first come first serve basis at the moment and we encourage you to book in advance.

How do the meeting room credits work?

Our small meeting rooms (up to 4 people) are charged at one token an hour.

Our medium meeting rooms (up to 8 people) are charged at two tokens an hour.

Our large meeting room (12+ people) is charged at three tokens an hour during the day time only.

Can we pay for additional conference room usage, above our limit?

Additional credits for conference / meeting spaces can be purchased and will be invoiced to you in arrears each month.

Can we hire out the communal space for our own private event?

We have the perfect space for private hire and can provide kitchen facilities for caterers. We will also develop a preferred suppliers list over time.

Can I use the office as my registered company address?

Yes, if you have an allocated or hot desk membership.
